Our Top 5 Restaurant Suggestions in Atlanta

delicious food awaits you in AtlantaHave you just moved to Atlanta, Georgia? It’s great to have you! We think you’ll agree, if you aren’t already aware, that there are oodles of exciting things waiting for you to find in our community: museums, monuments, parks, trails, and, oh, so much more! We expect, though, that you’re most concerned with the first thing people commonly want to know after moving to Atlanta: where can I go to get really good food? Well, Atlanta won’t disappoint you! You’ll find all of your favorite chain restauarants, to begin with. But, yeah, everyone knows those can get a little boring sometimes. So we at A-1 Freeman Moving Group would like to suggest a few of our favorite Atlanta eating establishments; places with incredible food and a ton of local atmosphere that we’re pretty certain you’ll like too:

  • Fat Matt’s Rib Shack – If you’re looking for some great BBQ, you need to try out Fat Matt’s. They’ve got ribs, chicken, pork, and all the sides you’d expect from a top notch BBQ joint. And along with the fantastic food, they’ve got Rockin’ Blues live music every night of the week at 8 pm.
  • OK Café – Here in Atlanta, a great place to head for good southern food is the OK Café. You can find everything from burgers to meatloaf sandwiches and compliment it with a side of southern coleslaw or macaroni and cheese. It’s comfort food at its finest.
  • La Grotta Ristorante Italiano – When it comes to authentic Italian, few places come close to La Grotta. With a business casual to elegant attire preferred, the atmosphere is second to none. Reservations are recommended, as the fine dining draws in people from all over Atlanta.
  • The Vortex Pub and Grill – For one of the better burger joints in Atlanta, look no further than the Vortex Pub and Grill. Being a bar, you have to be over 21 to get in, but the wings, nachos, and other fantastic options are well worth finding a sitter for the kids for a night.
  • The Flying Biscuit Café – Want a great place to grab breakfast at? The Flying Biscuit Café has you covered. From traditional omelets to biscuits and gravy and everything in between, you’re sure to find something that you’ll love here.
Don’t stop with our list, though! There are so many other great places to eat here in Atlanta that it’ll be a long, long time before you run out of new options! After you’ve dined at a few, we’re positive you’ll designate a few favorite restaurants of your own.
